PRODUCTION COMPLEX A 5 floor building that contains 5 studios, auxiliary spaces as well as bureaus and wokshops that are for sale to audiovisual related companies and complementary service companies. This building will be finished by the begining of 2011.		LEISURE AREAS In a second phase different leisure areas will be built, including a hotel, restaurants, as well as a leisure space that will contain a gym, an spa and a kindergarden. The goal is to get the general public involved in the development of the audiovisual, escenic and cultural production.		INTEGRATED SOLUTION The whole Industrial park is completed with an auditorium, and 15 industrial workshops related to audiovisual services. The whole park will have more than 80.000 m², in an strategic place that is the Spanish and French Border and within a privileged natural place.
